Shipping policy
Processing Time
- Orders are processed and shipped by suppliers within 7-10 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
- If tracking information is not provided within 10 days, the order may be automatically canceled, and a full refund will be issued.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
- Economy Shipping: 15-45 business days, $9.90 for orders weighing 0lb–5lb.
- Standard Shipping: 10-20 business days, $15.90 for orders weighing 0lb–1lb.
- Premium Shipping: 7-15 business days (available for select items; additional fees may apply based on supplier options).
- Free Shipping: Orders over $150 qualify for free standard shipping; delivery within 15-45 business days.
- All products are guaranteed to be delivered within 60 days from the shipment date. Delivery times may be extended for certain destinations, though our operations are limited to the United States.
Customs duties, import taxes, and related fees are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected by the shipping carrier upon delivery. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and are beyond our control.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped.
- The email will contain tracking information so you can monitor the delivery status through the carrier's system.
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Some items may have restrictions or cannot be shipped to certain destinations due to supplier limitations, customs regulations, or product-specific rules.
Damages and Issues
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
- We will evaluate the issue and make it right by offering a replacement or refund, in coordination with the supplier.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking confirms delivery, or for delays due to buyer-provided errors (e.g., incorrect address), customs clearance, or exceptional circumstances (e.g., natural disasters).
- If your package is not delivered within the 60-day guarantee period (excluding buyer errors or force majeure events), you are entitled to a full refund. To initiate a claim, contact us to open a dispute; only one dispute per order is permitted, and it must be filed up to 15 days after the order is marked as completed.
- For lost packages, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the provided tracking information.
- Ensure that the shipping address provided is correct and secure to avoid issues.
